Mr. Isaias and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and trustworthy, providing valuable advice on places to visit and eat. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything I needed by car or walking. The modern rooms were well-equipped, with fast internet and a kitchen that was a lifesaver when traveling with children. The facilities, including free laundry, were a pleasant surprise. For the price we paid, Casa De Hospedes Isaias provided incredible value. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily bed-making and fresh towels. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Mr. Costa and his wife, were amazing - they went above and beyond by offering airport transfers and even doing our laundry for free. Their recommendations for exploring Terceira were also spot-on.
